Experts in organisations.

WHAT

A technique for the connection of experts in an organisation that enables them to share their knowledge.

WHY

Know-how and expertise are important resources for most organisations, and having Centres of Excellence or Competency Centres is a way to ensure that specific skills are constantly cultivated and shared across the organisation. Individuals can tap into the Centres of Excellence both for inquiries and more in depth knowledge.

HOW

A Centre of Excellence should represent a strategically important capability and serve the rest of the organisation with insights and expert input. A Centre of Excellence should be responsible for planning and maintaining or augmenting the personnel skills, facilities and tools required to sustain its area of excellence.
